Ingredients

  • 8 oz goat cheese softened
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cloves garlic small, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • 0.25 tsp kosher salt
  • 0.125 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • 1 food processor

Method

  1. Add the goat cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper to a food processor and process until smooth, about 1 minute, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For the smoothest texture, let the softened cheeses come to room temperature before processing. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days; freezing is not recommended. For a dairy-free variation, use plant-based goat-style cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream.
