Assemble the sliders
- Heat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Keeping the Hawaiian sweet rolls connected, slice them horizontally.
- Set the bottom half cut side up in the dish.
- Arrange the Swiss cheese over the bottom halves.
- Layer the turkey evenly on top.
- Spread the cranberry sauce over the cut sides of the roll tops.
- Set the roll tops in place.
Add the topping and bake
- Melt the butter in a small bowl.
- Whisk in the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds.
- Brush the butter mixture evenly over the roll tops.
- Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for 5–10 minutes, until the tops are golden and the center of the filling reaches 165°F.
- Rest for 5 minutes.
- Separate the sliders and serve.
Notes
For neat layers, keep the rolls connected while slicing. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for 3–4 days; freezing is possible, though the rolls may soften when thawed. For a different mild, melty cheese, use provolone in place of Swiss.
